RCRC CEO congratulates the leadership on the occasion of issuance of Kingdom’s general budget

His Excellency Eng. Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Sultan, CEO of the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, congratulated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and H.R.H. Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of RCRC, on the occasion of the approval of the Kingdom’s general budget for the new fiscal year 1445/1446 AH (2024 AD).

His Excellency Al-Sultan noted what H.R.H. the Crown Prince indicated that the budget announced by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques — may God protect him – will support and enable many programs and initiatives, including investments to strengthen infrastructure and raise the quality of services provided to citizens, residents and visitors. The budget will also support to develop promising economic sectors, enhance investment attraction, stimulate industries, and raise the percentage of local goods and services and Saudi non-oil exports.

His Excellency Al-Sultan praised the increase in spending, which according to H.R.H. the Crown Prince, demonstrates the government’s keenness to continue enhancing services provided to citizens, residents and visitors, implementing projects and expanding spending on sectoral and regional development strategies that would achieve positive structural changes and lead to the expansion and diversification of the economy.

His Excellency Al-Sultan said the Saudi budget for 2024 confirms what H.R.H. the Crown Prince indicated regarding the continuation of the journey of progress towards a sustainable future that achieves the well-being of citizens and residents of the Kingdom, enhances quality of life and sustainability, and boosts investments for a prosperous economy, vibrant society, and an ambitious nation.

His Excellency Al-Sultan added that the successful steps taken by the Kingdom, under the directives of its wise leadership, in its various development programs, demonstrate the strength of the Saudi economy and herald a promising future. The budget will support growth and development to achieve the aspirations of the nation and the citizens and the goals of the Saudi Vision 2030.
