The JAX District, part of the Riyadh Art Program—a flagship initiative overseen by the Royal Commission for Riyadh City—is currently hosting key events of the inaugural Art Week Riyadh. Held under the theme “At the Edge,” the event brings together a curated selection of local and international galleries and institutions, underscoring the vibrancy of the capital’s evolving cultural landscape.
This participation reflects Riyadh Art’s continued efforts, in collaboration with the Visual Arts Commission, to activate public spaces through art and foster meaningful dialogue between artists and the community. The showcased works explore contemporary aesthetic and intellectual themes, bridging local and global perspectives in an immersive artistic environment.
Art Week Riyadh, organized by the Visual Arts Commission, runs from April 6 to 13 across several key cultural venues in the capital. The event features more than 45 art galleries from Saudi Arabia, the region, and around the world. It emphasizes the role of art in shaping awareness and exploring daily life and natural landscapes through creative expression that honors tradition while embracing the future.
