Riyadh Urban Development Strategy (Workflow) 1411 AH

RCRC is responsible for the planning and overall development of the city. Within the framework of these responsibilities, the Commission has developed a strategy for the urban development of Riyadh through which the city’s growth can be guided and prioritized; to ensure that public facilities and services reach various parts of the city in accordance with a specific time frame and financial programs.
This report reviews the progress of the development of Riyadh’s urban development strategy, in its various components, through a series of relevant figures, images, maps and tables.
Work has been underway since 1405 AH, initiating numerous studies on the status of the city, including land uses, the level of availability of public facilities and services, levels of development in various parts of the city, estimates of existing housing and housing units in the city, land division plans spread across the city, white lands, and the level of availability of public facilities.
