The book highlights the preliminary outline of the Diriyah Development Program, which was based on various axes, including the civil dimension that focuses on human-centric development; the international dimension with Diriyah recognized as an important historic and cultural centre through its inclusion on the list of World Human Heritage sites; the national dimension representing the historical origin and emergence of the Saudi state; and the local dimension which focuses on developing services and facilities to make the city a better place in which to live.
