The Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) has announced the removal of restrictions ‎on key land transactions, including sales, purchases, subdivisions, and fragmentation, ‎across a vast area in northern Riyadh. This decision specifically affects the region ‎surrounding the New Murabba Project. Spanning approximately 46 million square meters, ‎the unrestricted area is bordered by King Fahd Road to the west, Prince Faisal bin Bandar ‎Road to the east, the Special Security Forces Road to the south, and the pipeline protection ‎zone to the north.

‎The RCRC further stated that building permits and approvals for new development plans on ‎these plots will be issued in line with a new urban code, set to be revealed within three ‎months of this announcement.‎
