Experience:

His Excellency Eng. Ibrahim Bin Muhammad Al-Sultan worked as an Advisor at the Royal Court with the rank of Minister from 2018 to 2022, and was the Mayor of Riyadh from 2015 to 2018 and was assigned to head the Projects and Planning Center at the High Commission for the Development of Riyadh. His Excellency also worked as the Head of the Projects and Planning Center at the Commission from 2011 to 2015.

His Excellency served as the Vice President of the Projects and Planning Center at the High Commission for the Development of Riyadh from 2000 to 2011. He was also the designated Director General of Planning and Programs at the Center in 1997 and was appointed Director General of Construction at the Center in 1996. He headed the construction department at the center in 1992, and managed the project implementation unit at the center in 1991.

His Excellency was appointed Director of the Development Project of Qasr Al-Hukum District and King Fahd Road in 1988, and worked as an Assistant Director General for Technical Affairs at the Office of Qasr Al-Hukum District Development Project in 1980. His Excellency Engineer Ibrahim bin Muhammad Al-Sultan began his career at the High Commission for the Development of Riyadh as a civil engineer in 1979, he worked as a project engineer at the Saudi Real Estate Company in 1978 and began his career as an intern engineer at Saudi Aramco.
